WILL NOT WORK, PLEASE FIX

I am on Ryan and Codys Main Story Chapter 4 and right when it goes onto the part where Cody is talking, no matter how much I tap the screen, it wont continue. The flower on the bottom right keeps turning and I can click everything else. Ive tried turning my phone on and off but nothing works. I havent had this kind of problem in this game. I really dont want to replay this entire series because it took a while getting to Chapter 4. PLEASE FIX THIS!
